Visibility

Every declaration Nomi reads may be public or internal. This applies to a resource, a service, a Stringer object, an @Endpoint.MultipartFormData part type, a @ServerEndpointService class and a @ClientEndpointServiceFactory object.

Whichever it is, the code the processors generate from it carries the same visibility. An internal service gets an internal Route extension, named after its routeName, and an internal resource gets an internal factory, and so on.
